Exchanges are permitted for damaged or incorrect items or if a customer changes their mind about the item. Our exchanges policy is valid for 3 days. If 3 days have passed since your purchase, we can no longer offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Earrings are exempt from being exchanged due to hygienic reasons.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If your exchange is approved, then it will be processed.
You will be liable for the delivery fee to and from your collection point, as well as the difference in the order value if it is greater than the value of the prior order.
To log an exchange, please send an email to info@ontrendjewel.co.za along with you order reference number, reason for exchange and images of the item being requested for exchange. Exchanges need to be sent to Posnet or Pudo Eden Terrace, Edenvale, Gauteng.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
